Returns & Exchanges

We review each item which was sent to you as part of our inspection to ensure your satisfaction.If for any reason you need to return items, we have a 14-day window to return. Please find return instructions below.

Returns:

Accepting returns is part of our customer service for both refunds and exchanges. 
  • Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
  • Animal/Human hair-covered items can't be accepted. 
  • We will not accpet items with glitter or the presence of other smells such as smoke, colonge or body spray.
  • Xssence sizing tags must be attached in order to accept returns. 
We do not cover shipping costs of returns of partial or intier orders.

    Exchanges:

    • A size exchange can only be requested for the same item in a different size. 
    • A refund will be given if you cannot exchange the item due to insufficient stock or if you request a different item.
