  • From the day that the Digital Gift Card is purchased, it is valid for one year. After the one-year validity period, it becomes invalid and all the money will be lost.
  • If you wish to inquire regarding your Digital Card balance, feel free to contact our Customer Service team and tell them only the 4 last words of the card. Don't write out the entire code, as we won't ask you for it.
  • A gift card that is lost, stolen, or unauthorized is not Xssence Apparel's responsibility.
We regret in inform you that the item(s) you have ordered are no longer available or the credit card you used was suspected to be fraudulent. You will receive a full refund with 7 working days.
